The house is a 4mins drive to Kuraby train station, a 14mins walk to the nearest bust stop (554), and 18mins walk to Underwood Marketplace Shopping Centre (Woolies, Big W, Hanaromart).

You will be living with 2 Asian girls in a peaceful and large spacious new house. One works full-time as a podiatrist and the other girl works part-time in the hospitality industry at the moment. Occasionally happy to share a meal or chill out.

Your room is furnished with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe and you will be sharing a spacious bathroom and toilet with another girl.

The minimum stay is 6 months but if required less please let us know and willing to negotiate. Bills are all included and on-time rent payment is a must. The house is very clean and tidy where the girls have a schedule of cleaning rotation. Sorry, no pet, no smoking and no party.
