Short-Term Stay (Less than 1 month):

• $240/week for more than a week
• 1 night - $40/night
• $50 deposit

Long-Term Stay (More than 1 month):

$180 per week, 2 weeks notice and deposit

Applicants must undergo inspection, and only those meeting the following criteria will be accepted:

• Clean individuals (common areas are frequently cleaned; please contact only if you can maintain cleanliness in your room and shared spaces)
• Quiet demeanor
• Must have a car
• Non-smoker

The house is cleaned almost daily, and I can share photos upon request via text message.
