I am looking for a housemate who wants a private single room in a quiet house.

The house is located close to Mango Hill Station and North Lakes Westfield Shopping Centre, within a 20-minute walking distance.

Terms & Conditions:

- A 2-week deposit is required on the move-in day.

   It will be refunded upon move-out unless you break, lose, or damage any belongings or cause harm to the property

- A 2-week notice is required before moving out

  If the notice period is not met as agreed, a portion of your deposit may be deducted

- Rent: $250 per week, including water, electricity, and unlimited internet

- Shared areas: Living room, kitchen, and shower: Cooking utensils, washing detergent, rice, and toilet paper are provided

- Street parking is available

House rules: 

* Respect other housemates, maintain good manners and etiquette. 

* Bringing in friends, partying, and smoking are not allowed.

* If any of these agreements are not followed, we may ask you to vacate the room with at least one week's notice 

Preferably looking for a female tenant, as I feel more comfortable sharing the space with another female.
