I have 1 single private room, furnished (bed, built in wardrobe, a set of dressers, desk, chair, 2 shelves) in West End. It is a 1 minute walk to the 199 bus stop in front of Archive Beer Boutique, and a 6 minute walk to Coles West End. The unit is a 3 bed, 1.5bath unit, and already has furniture in the living/kitchen.

I study at UQ and find this location ideal to get around and about the city and a groovy area that houses heaps of yummy restaurant/cafe hotspots! This place is ideal for both UQ and QUT students. Due to an injured ankle I've moved into my parents' house.

I would like to list my room for a lease transfer ASAP. Rent is $150/week (bills not included but when I calculated including rent, internet and electricity it came to maximum $170/week). Bond is $600 (4 weeks rent). If you'd like to avoid the paperwork and bond, then I'm happy with just subletting the room with only 2 weeks rent as bond (will be returned to you once the lease ends & you don't want to continue living there).
