- Furnished with single bed, desk, drawers, and closet

- Fresh appliances: refrigerator and washing machine

★ Rent & Conditions

- $230 per week

- Rent paid every 2 weeks

- 2 weeks’ notice required

- Minimum stay: 2 months

- Bills included: internet, electricity, toilet paper, etc
