We are a busy Vietnamese restaurant in Bulimba looking for an experienced Wok Chef to join our kitchen team.
You must be confident on the wok station, able to work fast during busy service, and have good knowledge of Asian cooking techniques.

Duties include:

• Cooking on the wok station

• Cut and preparing meat, vegetable.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and well-organised

• Assisting with prep and general kitchen tasks and help on other station when possible.

• Previous wok experience is essential
