We are Brisbane’s largest Korean fried chicken franchise, Momo Chicken, and we are currently looking for additional Front of House (FOH) staff to join our team.

???? Location: Momo Chicken South Bank
???? Position: FOH – 1 staff member
⏰ Availability: Full-time or Part-time
Main Responsibilities (FOH):
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Understand and take accurate food and beverage orders
Make menu recommendations and answer customer questions
Operate the POS system correctly
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve requests or issues
Process payments and handle cash responsibly
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area according to the company’s cleaning schedule
Communicate and work closely with kitchen staff
Qualifications:
No experience required – anyone who loves chicken is welcome
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
