Motel Manager Job Vacancy

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily motel operations.

• Oversee front desk reception, room assignments, and staff management for cleaning and maintenance.

• Handle check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and customer complaints.

• Supervise reservation systems and payment processes.

• Develop and control budgets, and manage financial reports.

• Staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Regularly report operational status to owners/company.

Skills Required:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Team management and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with PMS systems and cash register/booking tools.

• Basic financial budgeting skills.

• Ability to work shifts and on holidays.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma in hotel management or equivalent work experience.

• At least one year of full-time relevant experience (proof required).

Wondai, Queensland

• Seeking a couple partnership (main applicant for management, secondary applicant for morning housekeeping).

• Annual salary approximately $120,000 (main applicant's declared income, as per law).

• Good English required, as most guests are local.
