this position-- start 7:30am,trim salmon,slice salmon, and avocado 9am start to make nigiri  and aburi, also sushi pack combo,and sashimi pack, 11:00 start to make sushi, 11:30 lunch break,12:00 come back, making sushi,1 pm,start to cut  whole salmon,around 2 pm, finish, go home.,this position need basic knife cutting skill,because basic cutting skill should be easy to teach how to trim salmon.if you don't want cut whole salmon,also don't have cutting skill,you can't apply this position,please read information carefully,message me 0430552828,
