Job Description:

We are Hotto Potto, Brisbane’s hotpot train restaurant, is now hiring an experienced Ingredient Prep Chef to join our team!

Job Requirements:

✔ Experience in ingredient preparation and proficient knife skills
✔ Prior experience in a kitchen environment with strong food preparation skills
✔ Ability to strictly follow kitchen hygiene standards, maintaining cleanliness and food safety
