European wine bar located in woollongabba

We are looking for kitchen assistant who can work Wednesday to Saturday

6pm to 10pm up to 20 hours depending on how busy we are. (Possible to have more hours in other venues)

Casual rate applied for weekday and weekend.

Task will be

1. dishwashing and maintaining cleaning.

2. basic kitchen preparation

3. helping up plating and cooking

candidate must be:

Speaking and understanding English 

Experience and strong work ethic

Basic knife skills

Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen role

Able to perform under pressure
