We are a Japanese Cafe /Takeaway shop in Yeronga, looking for a kitchen hand staff.

You will be working with

- Very friendly staffs andmature local customers

- Paid casual rate and superbut will have fixed working days and times. No on calls.

- Only working in day times,weekdays. Closed on all public holidays and Christmas & New years holiday.

The main duties and responsibilitiesare

- Assist chefs for Sush rolls and hot food parts

- Preparing food ingredient

- Dishwashing and general kitchens tidy up as required.

- Food safety practices

The applicants must be

- Friendly and have goodcommunication skills.

- Team player

- Prefer Japanese food experience in a commercial kitchen envirnment

- Junior chef position could be offered when available.

Working hours 8:30 am to 3 - 5 pm. 3 days a week. Days and hour are flexible and it will be discussed at an interview
