Dream Karaoke is opening in early March in Brisbane City, and we're looking for enthusiastic team members to join us!

Dream Karaoke is a premium karaoke venue featuring Korean-style private rooms, coin karaoke booths, and a bar. With stylish interiors and the latest sound system, we aim to create a comfortable and enjoyable space for everyone to sing and have fun.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing reservations (check-ins, payments, reservation system operation)
• Managing karaoke equipment and facilities (microphones, remotes, room organization, cleaning)
• Bar and serving duties (serving alcohol, beverages, and light snacks)

Employment Type

• Casual – Flexible shifts available
• Part-Time / Full-Time – Up to 38 hours per week

Working Hours

• Opening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00-10:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 9:00-10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Full-Time Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Shift times can be adjusted based on availability.

Pay & Benefits

• All legal wages and entitlements provided (including superannuation, night/weekend/public holiday penalties)
• Pay is based on hours and employment type

Requirements

• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required
• Basic English communication skills (including phone handling)
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Preference for long-term employees
