As a subcontractor with CMBM, you will be expected to follow CMBM’s policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.

To be successful, you must already be set up to operate as a professional business and meet the following minimum requirements:

Business & Legal Requirements:

- Registered business (ASIC certified)

- Australian Business Number (ABN)

- GST registered

- Fully insured, including:

o Public Liability Insurance of at least $10 million

o Coverage for work completed within Queensland

o Coverage that allows you to work during and outside standard business hours

- Right to work in Australia, including appropriate visa (if applicable)

Operational Requirements:

- Your own cleaning equipment, tools, products, and PPE. We supply chemicals and equipment for purchase through CMBM.
