We are a Korean-Turkish couple, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Griffith University while my partner works full-time. We are looking for a quiet and respectful tenant to share our home.

Both of us spend most of our time working on our computers or at our jobs, so the house is generally very quiet. We follow an early-to-bed, early-to-rise routine, and we usually finish our day by 9 PM. Therefore, we kindly ask that the house remain quiet from 9 PM to 8 AM.

While we are friendly and approachable, we are mostly focused on studying and working. We are seeking someone with good manners who values a peaceful and respectful living environment.
