Full time Position - 3-month Contract - Immediate Start

About the company:
The company’s core business owns and self-manages commercial retail properties primarily neighbourhood shopping centres in South-East Queensland.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration support and co-ordination of office operations and providing assistance to the property management team. The office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with an immediate start.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming calls, answer customer enquiries and redirect calls;
· Ensure filing and database systems are maintained;
· Monitor and maintain office supplies;
· Collecting and distribution of mail;
· Ensuring all contractors and tenants registers are kept up-to-date;
· Collation of monthly rental invoices;
· Preparing the boardroom for meetings;
· Tenant and Contractor liaison and communications;
· Scanning and posting documents;
· Provide administrative support to all team members as required.
Essential Criteria:
· Experience in administration;
· Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
· Exceptional presentation and communication skills;
· Highly organised and attention to detail;
