Position: Meat Processing Staff

Location: Tingalpa, Brisbane

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting, trimming, slicing and packing meat products
• Operating meat processing equipments (Slicers, bandsaw, vacuum sealers).
• Weighing, labelling and packing according to company standards
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised production area.

Requirements

• Experience in meat processing, buttery, kitchen is preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented and responsible
• Physically fit and able to handle standing and repetitive work
• Able to work in a cold environment
