Casual Cook / Full-Time Cook

The Hideout Specialty Coffee is looking for friendly, passionate, and reliable cooks to join our kitchen team.

We’re a specialty café group based in Brisbane City, currently operating two cafés and preparing to open our third location soon. We focus on quality coffee and thoughtfully prepared food, all within a positive and supportive work environment.

We are open on both weekdays and weekends, offering a variety of shifts. Whether you’re looking for casual work or a full-time role, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

Preparing and serving food during café hours

Supporting service across both weekdays and weekends

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly

Working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house team

Following recipes and kitchen systems to maintain consistency
 

What we’re looking for

Some kitchen or cook experience preferred

Ability to work well in a fast-paced café environment

A team player with good communication skills

Reliable, positive, and keen to learn

Availability across both weekdays and weekends
