All room comes furnished with bed, desk, chair, lamp, bedsheets, doona and build in wardrobe(not all room). No aircon but has fan on a ceiling.

- Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, big  build in wardrobe ($300)

- Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, large desk, chair, and big  build in wardrobe ($260)

♡House rule+looking for♡

- I am a clean freak and i do not want to live with someone that can't clean up their own mess or keep the sharing place tidy. It is your own responsibility to clean your room, kitchen, stove, and toilet. 

- Will show you house rules when comes for inspection or will can send through an email. 

- Looking for someone that's mature can follow house rules

♡Rent ＋Bills♡

- 2 weeks bond must be paid +will not hold your room until bond is paid 

- can be paid weekly or fortnightly
