- Transport: By Bus To city 25mins  (Lutwyche Bus station 5 mins away or stop just front apt) 
 By Car 15mins 

- Parking : Visiter car park and/or Street parking 

-  WOOLWORTHS, COLES, ALDI 5 mins 

- Gym : SNAP, FITNESS FIRST, JETTS 

- Per week $220 (bills are included)
