I am looking for someone to move in to a Private room with a shared bathroom. (female only)
• Room size: 3.5m x 2.8m, a large secondary room comparable to the main bedrooms in other apartments.
• The unit will only have two residents, including myself and the new occupant.
Rent: $420/week (includes bills, unlimited high-speed internet, contract required).
• Parking: off-streetl parking available upon inquiry with additional cost.
• Furnishing: flexible (currently furnished)
• Minimum stay: 4 months.
• Notice period: 2 weeks.
• Bond: $820.
Smokers and pets are strictly prohibited from moving in
