We are looking for female share mate to move into a single room at 8 Sue Court, Runcorn Townhouse (available from September 10th).

* **Weekly price** 
  - Single room: $190/week (includes rice, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and bills).

* 2 weeks' rent in advance, 2 weeks' deposit, and 2 weeks' notice by both parties.

* The bathroom is shared with another female tenant in a single room.

* There will be a total of 4 people living in the house, including the new tenant.

* For those with a car, street parking is available.

* It’s a 13-minute walk to the 150 bus stop, which takes you directly to the city and Garden City. 
  There’s also a 153 bus stop right in front of the house, which only runs during peak hours and goes directly to the city via Griffith University.

Move-in date is flexible.

As long as you respect basic etiquette in shared living, everything should be fine.
