Location: Calliope Street, Runcorn.

The room comes with air conditioning, and the flooring is tile rather than carpet. 

Currently, there are two people living in the house, both of whom work full-time, so you won't have to worry about any disturbances.

Transportation: The 150 bus route can take you to the city and Garden City, and the bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk from the house. 

If you have a car, parking is available right in front of the house. The internet is NBN with unlimited data.

The house has two refrigerators and ample pantry space. 

A Cuckoo pressure rice cooker is available for use. 

The bathroom and shower are separated. 

CCTV is installed around the house for added security.

Rent: $230 per week 

Deposit & Notice: 2 weeks' deposit and notice required 

Minimum Stay: 3 months
