私たちは韓国人夫婦で、マスタールームを使用しています。
残りの部屋1つとトイレ1つを使用する女性のシェアメイトを募集します。

3ヶ月未満の場合は$400/週、
3ヶ月以上のご滞在の場合は$380/週に変更になります。

私たちは高層階に住んでおり、夏の間は夕方以降、ドアを閉めてエアコンをつけています。
エアコンは中央システムで、家全体に冷暖房が行き渡ります。
もうすぐ夏がやってくるので、この点が重要かと思い、記載させていただきました。

We are a Korean couple and currently using the master room.
We are looking for a female share mate to use the remaining room and bathroom.

The rent is $400/week for stays under 3 months,
and $380/week for stays longer than 3 months.

We live on a high floor, and during the summer, we keep the door closed in the evenings and use the air conditioning.
The air conditioning is a central system that provides cooling/heating throughout the apartment.
Since summer is approaching, I thought it would be important to mention this.
