We are hiring at Sushi Honke’s Brookside location. Our restaurant is a train sushi establishment situated within the Brookside Shopping Centre. It is approximately a 27-minute train ride from the city, and there is also a bus that stops directly in front of the shop.

Position: 1 Front of House staff member (open to all genders)

Working Hours: 5 to 6 days a week

• Morning shift: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Afternoon shift: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

(Working hours and days are negotiable)

Salary: Compliant with Australian legal standards, with variations based on experience

Qualifications:

• Basic English conversational skills, as 99% of our customers are locals

• Ability to work for at least 4 months (preference for those available for longer-term employment)
