Pay & Conditions (Important)

Fully Fair Work compliant

Minimum Hourly Rate 100% Guaranteed

-Even under piece rate, your pay will never drop below the legal minimum hourly rate

-High performers can earn significantly above hourly rate

Superannuation paid weekly

Super (Australian Superannuation) is paid accurately every week on top of wages

Requirements

Experienced Workers Preferred

Strawberry or raspberry picking experience will receive priority placement

Any berry/produce picking experience is highly valued

Physically fit

Quick learner (good work attitude, fast hands)

- Non-experienced workers may have a short waiting period at the start of the season.

Transport & Shopping Support

Daily pickup available for those without a car

If you have a car, you may be assigned pickup runs and earn pickup fees

Weekly shopping trip available if accommodation is farther from the farm
