- The room will provide 1 double bed with bedstead (no bed sheet provided), various wardrobe and cabinets tables and chairs
- Provide: Refrigerator, balcony, dish washer, oven, micro-wave oven, air-conditioner, dryer
- Share toilet with one house mate (girl), share house with two house mate (girls)
- There are Coles, asian market and various restaurant downstairs the apartment
- Room only allow 1 person to live
- Not Provide: Articles of daily use and kitchen utensils such as cooking pot
- Free Service: Gym, swimming Pool, BBQ area
