[브리즈번] Nundah Close to Everything Zone 2

We are an Australian couple who love having international visitors live with us.  With a large 4 bedroom house in Nundah (Zone 2, about 15mins to city by train).  We are a 10mins walk to Nundah or Toombul train stations.  Woolworths, Gyms, 10 – 15 restaurants and cafes and a couple of bars and pubs are down the road.  Toombul Shopping centre is also close by.  
Your room has a single bed, with all linen and towels provided, You have a TV/DVD player, a desk and chair, built in wardrobes.  The house has unlimited Wi-fi, a kitchen that is fully stocked (you will need to supply your own food).  There is a separate laundry in the house, we have a cleaner once a week.

We are looking for a Korean or Japanese house mate to share with, we have a female Pilipino house mate who is great.  You’ll be a non-smoker and must love cats we have 2 very friendly cats that love to chat to you each day.

               
Rent is $180 per week which includes all bills (excluding your food) and 2 weeks bond.
