Eclipse apartments are located 200m away from The Maroochydore plaza and bus station. ????

This double room is available for rent, it will be unfurnished at this stage. You will be living with one other male house who keeps busy working as a chef and enjoys the casual night out.

Rent for a single would be $200 and for a couple $138pp. Water and electricity is split every THREE months which is roughly $300 each.

BOND: Is $800 total, and rent is paid every Sunday night.

All other house essentials are included. E.g furniture and wifi, but you’re more than welcome to decorate and make this house your home.
