Private rooms with a shared bathroom.
Double bed, built in wardrobe, a study desk and chair for each of the room.
-ONLY $180/week/bedroom including ALL bills.
-2 weeks bond.
-2 weeks notice
-3 months minimum stay.

ABOUT LOCATION:
-200m walk to Yeronga train station. Then its an 11 minute train ride to CBD.
-200m walk to Yeronga village where you will find the trendy and popular Ned's cafe, harvest fruit and vegetable shop, clancy james butchers, bakeries x2, botanical grace gifts and interiors, post office, pharmacy, newsagents and thai and chinese takeaway.
-1.5km to Fairfield gardens which includes coles.
-5km to the university of Queensland St Lucia campus, which is a 10-15 minutes cycle. Perfect for UNI students.
-3 blocks walk to the Brisbane river.

ABOUT ROOMATES
We are a couple in our mid 20's, currently occupying one room.
I am a part time photographer and a full time engineer.
My partner is a teacher.

We all like socializing, having people over for dinner and occasionally having couchsurfers for a night or two. You are more than welcome to get in the midst of our socializing. But we very much respect other peoples space and privacy. In saying that we are looking for someone who is comfortable around others, clean and the general stuff such as taking out the rubbish and cleaning after yourself.
