Hi. I am looking for a flat mate in Gabba central apartments.

-Coles, Asian market, bottle shop, post office, ATM, café etc are located downstairs.

-Bus station in front of the apartments, 12 minutes away by bus from CBD.

-Gym, sauna, pools, BBQ place in the apartments

-Chemist 5 minutes, Office works 10 minutes on foot.

-Rice provided

-Toilet paper, paper towel, washing detergent, softener, bin liner, cleaning stuff, glad wrap, sandwich bag, takeaway containers, etc. provided.

-Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher

-Single king bed, pillow and bed sheets and quilt, hanger, coat hanger, laundry basket, little bedside table and lamp, bin provided.

-room for dry food in the kitchen cupboard, room in the fridge provided.

Total 3 people will be living together, and you will be sharing a toilet with a person in second room.

Almost everything is provided apart from your personal stuff. I’ll provide what you need in this house.

Rent is 140 per week, 2 weeks bond, 2 weeks pay ahead, 2 weeks notice, minimum stay 3 months

All bills and internet are included in the rent.
