Great place for someone that is going through University, quiet and fast NBN internet, big balcony, 4 mins walking distance to train station, major stores and restaurants in the area (Gasworks and Emporium plaza), tennis court and swimming pools, clean and quiet.
We have a furnished room available in our cozy home in Cloudland apartments.
We’re tidy and pretty relaxed (American/Estonians)- Not a party house, sorry. The place is nice and neat.
The room has wardrobe, a big bed and nightstand; shared bathroom but the shower and toilet are separate so no waiting time in the morning.
Great for student because it has its own desk.
About the apartment, spacious, clean, quiet, 3 rooms, kitchen, family room, laundry room, big balcony, bicycle area, tennis court and two swimming pools.
Located to the proximity of gasworks and skyring terrace as well as woolworths.
The main bus is #60 (3 mins away)
