You will also be provided with full access to the gym, swimming pool and sauna. The apartment has a 4.5 star rating for its hotel facilities.

We are are only looking for a female occupant and the room is available from the 10th of April.

 Rent is $145 per week and this will include all bills as such as water, electricity and internet. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and currently has 4 occupants. There is no one living in the living room and is therefore open as a community space. Bathroom will be shared amongst 2 people and there will also be a fridge inside the room (shared amongst 2 people).
