We are looking for Two people who are couple or friends (male or female). We will provide a master room (main room in this place), having an own bathroom. 
You guys can use a heaps of place to keep your stuff. Balcony and air conditioning are available. And also we provide unlimited internet, laundry machine and a variety of cooking machines (included cooking oil) for free. 
Here is located in SouthBrisbane which is close to Westend. Around here, it is so easy to find coles, restaurants, park and a lots of cafes within 5 minutes. To get to bus station, it just takes only 1 or 2 mins so that you guys could go to the city or wherever you want by walk. 
Here is so quiet, tidy and well cleaned place. This place has another one room and here is just only for 4 people to stay. 

We now notice that we are undergoing difficult situation. Thus, we decide to offer a discount for rent fee which is $140 per person (including all utility fees - electricity, internet and hot water etc). The original rent fee for each person for this room was $165. If you guys want to stay here for over 3 months, you guys can negotiate this discounted fee at a little cheaper with us. 

We want to make friends to stay together by having language exchange. We are ready to meet new friends. And the important thing is that this room is available from 19th of April. 

We can adjust this date if you want and we can help you out to move into this new place. 

No extra car park.
