We are located in the beautiful suburb of Boondall just 2 minutes walk from supermarket and restaurants. Well serviced by public transport, the City Bus 310/ 335 stop are  2 minutes walk, Boondall Train station is 1km away.

We offer short or long term accomodation minimum of 2 weeks in your own private single or double room.

All studio are self contained with bathroom, fridge, microwave, and are fully furnished with either a double, single or twin bed. Off street parking, community pool/BBQ area and laundry available.

The property is a no parties, loud noise, excess drinking and any other behaviour that upsets the quiet and peaceful living of other guests or neighbours.

$295 per week single private room for 1 person or $325 per week for 2 people.

All Utilities are included.

Come with the option of furnished/unfurnished

Photo ID and 2 weeks of Accommodation Fee required upon checking in.
