• -          负责前台接待、接听电话、回复Email、预约客户、清点产品货物
• -          提供良好客户服务
• -          操作内部工作电脑系统、处理文书工作
• -          无需诊所工作经验，可培训
• -          薪资: 合法工资，具体面议，需报税
• -          工作地点: Brisbane CBD / Teneriffe
• -          工作时间: 每周排班4-5天

条件要求

• -          中英文流利
• -          熟悉办公室软体
• -          热情主动、工作态度积极认真、细心有责任心、有上进心、肯吃苦
• -          可长期工作者优先
• -          持有合法工作签证

Skin Confidence clinic is looking for receptionist.

The Role

• -          Front desk jobs including taking phone calls, replying to emails, making appointments, managing stock count
• -          Provide excellent customer service
• -          Operate internal work system and managing paper work
• -          No clinic experience required. Training will be provided.
• -          Salary: Legal Pay (super & tax)
• -          Work Location: Brisbane CBD / Teneriffe
• -          Work Time: 4-5 days shift a week

Requirement

• -          Chinese/English Language skill
• -          Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer system
• -          Passionate, responsible, hardworking
• -          Able to work long term
• -          Hold legal work VISA
