3 mins walk to bus stops where buses goes to Garden City Westfield, Brisbane CBD and Griffith University.

8 mins walk to Banoon train station and 10 mins walk to Sunnybank train station. 

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate

$280 for two persons per week including all bills.

$840 for bond (3 weeks of rent);

2 weeks of notice of leave and minimum of 4 months stay.
