Hello, we are looking for two people to share our master room! (It's a master room with space for two people.)

The room price is $240 per week.

You can use the swimming pool in the building.

Feel free to use the spacious terrace in the living room.

We provide a personal key for each person.

It's a 2-week pay / 2-week notice / 2-month minimum stay.

It's a 2-bed 2-bath house, and only 4 people live in the house. (There is a shared living room.)

The current residents are all working individuals, so the house is very quiet!

We want people who want to live comfortably and stress-free at home to contact us.

We offer plenty of storage space.

!!!! We also provide kitchen detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and fabric softener at our home !!!!

There are no strict house rules.

Please feel free to use the house!

I am usually working from 4 p.m. onwards, so inspections are not possible after that.

Move-in is available from February 1st!
