Nice lowset house in Sunnybank own room new double bed new mattress air con room . House fully furnished very relaxed people living .
Rent $200 per week plus 4 weeks deposit would be living with 2 Japanese ladies 1 Japanese guy and me who is Aussie guy but I only live there maybe 2 days per week .
Place has 2 bathrooms plenty parking if car close bus stops and trains 5 mins to all major shops
Rent includes all bills and wifi
We all relaxed if you casually drinker maybe be better as we do have a drink sometime smoker is ok as long as outside
