Momo Chicken, the largest chicken franchise in Brisbane, is currently hiring additional staff members for the Back of House (BOH) team at our Chermside Westfield location.

We are looking to fill 2 positions:

• 1 Part-Time BOH Staff

• 1 Full-Time BOH Staff

BOH (Kitchen Duties):

• Passion for Korean food and cooking

• Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic

• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of all kitchen equipment and facilities

• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

• Accurate knowledge of menu items and preparation

• Key duties include kitchen assistance, dishwashing, food prep, and frying

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed — anyone who loves chicken is welcome to apply!

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
