We are looking for someone to rent a fully separate house, it on the ground floor of a house located in a quiet residential area of Mount Gravatt East.

Inspections are available immediately, and the move-in date is from May 22.
The house includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 carport, and a deck.

All three bedrooms are spacious. One of the rooms is connected to a study, making it very versatile.
The living room and kitchen are equipped with an air conditioner and a ceiling fan, and all bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
The floors are timber, and the kitchen area is tiled.

The house is overall clean and well-maintained. Pest control is scheduled for June 2, so you won’t need to worry about cockroaches or ants.

If you have children, the property is within the catchment area for Mount Gravatt East State School and Mount Gravatt State High School, which may be helpful to note.

It’s also conveniently located near Mount Gravatt Plaza Shopping Centre and TAFE Mount Gravatt Campus.

The rent is $700 per week, including electricity, water, and internet.
We require 4 weeks' bond, 2 weeks' rent in advance, and 4 weeks' notice for moving out. A lease term of 6 months or longer is preferred.
