Both rooms are equipped with a large desk, double bed, built-in wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. Utilities (water, electricity, and internet) are included in the rent.

Minimum 3-month lease.

Rent is paid 2 weeks in advance, with a 2-week bond.

inspection can be scheduled immediately, and the rooms are ready for immediate move-in.
