Miso Hungry, a thriving sushi brand, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Trainer / Support Manager / Area Manager to oversee our existing sites in Brisbane CBD and new site opening soon. This key leadership role will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and rolling out new stores as we expand with a vision for multiple additional stores in 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Effectively manage and optimize the performance of existing sites in Brisbane CBD, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent brand experience.
• Staff Recruitment, Rostering, Onboarding and Training: Ongoing staff recruitment, rostering, onboarding and training for existing and new locations
• Expansion Roll out: Contribute to the roll-out for future store locations, recruiting and training strong teams to deliver the exceptional food quality and extensive customer experiences.
• Food and Beverage Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the Food and Beverage industry to drive innovation, maintain quality standards, and introduce new offerings.
• Fast-Paced Environments: Thrive in managing fast-paced environments, ensuring efficiency, and implementing best practices to enhance overall operational performance.
• Diverse Workforce Management: Lead and inspire a diverse workforce, promoting a positive and inclusive culture. Manage staff from various backgrounds with a hands-on approach.
• Brand Building: Bring passion and commitment to building and enhancing the Miso Hungry brand, both internally and externally.
• Training, Food Safety and Compliance: Ensure all stores uphold strong training sign off, food safety practices and exceed and deliver quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Area Management or Head Trainer, preferably within the Food and Beverage industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites, with a focus on operational excellence.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and collaborative management approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to navigate and inspire a diverse cultured team.
• Passion for building and growing successful brand.
