Job Opportunity: Migration and Recruitment Administrator
Location: Eight Mile Plains, Queensland

We are currently seeking a Migration and Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is focused on providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our migration and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents for visa applications.
- Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Track application progress and provide updates to relevant parties.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Coordinate candidate interviews and client meetings.
- Support the recruitment team with job postings and applicant tracking.
- Manage candidate and client correspondence.
Client Coordination:
- Respond to general client inquiries (non-legal) and provide guidance on processes.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the team.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of migration processes (desirable but not essential).
