It takes less than 55 seconds to walk to the bus stop right outside the house.

There’s a Korean market that operates until 11 PM just 5 minutes away on foot, and right next to it is a 24-hour fruit shop. Across the street, there’s a 24-hour BP gas station.
You won’t have to worry about groceries at all! ^^
The room is equipped with a large desk, a 3-drawer dresser, bedside table, and built-in wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage space. The chair is a comfortable rotating chair. I confidently say this is a great room for studying, especially for students. You’ll also have unlimited Wi-Fi and a personal key for your room.
The private room on the second floor is $230 per week.
Two weeks’ rent, two weeks’ notice, and a two-week deposit required.
Toilet paper and kitchen detergent will be provided.
