[For both positions] - Work hours may vary depending on your performance and visa type.

- You must have a good work ethic and high energy.
- Team work environment, must able to work as a team.
- English MUST, must be able to communicate with local customers/team.
- Well groomed.
- Fast environment. Must able to work under pressure.
- Time management.

For BOH staff (kitchen) - preferred cookery students or someone interested in cookery. Basic kichen knowledge required.
