Looking for a friendly and clean housemate to join our lovely home in Sunnybank Pinelands 
Location:
Only 5 minutes’ walk to the train station, bus stop, Coles, Korean restaurants, and medical centre.
Frequent buses to the City, so it’s very convenient!
About the house:
- Clean, quiet, and comfortable
- Friendly and respectful housemates
- Separate kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and microwave (for housemates’ use only)
- Wooden floor room
- Bathroom cleaned weekly
- BBQ area available for relaxing or having a meal outside
We’re looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful and family-like home
