We're looking for a non-smoking female flatmate for a quiet home in Calamvale.
You'll have queen-sized bedroom and share a bathroom and shower with just one other flatmate.
Location & Amenities:
Excellent Public Transport: Bus stops (138, 140, 145, P141) for connections to the City, Sunnybank, and Garden City are just a 2 to 10-minute walk away.
Convenience at Your Doorstep: Close to Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown, Calamvale Central, Calamvale Marketplace, and Grand Plaza. All major shops (Coles, Woolworths, Hanaro, K-Fresh mart, K mart, Big W) and fast food options (McDonald's, KFC, Hungry Jack's) are nearby, making life easy whether you have a car or not!
Kitchen Perks: Each flatmate gets their own fridge! The kitchen is fully equipped with a water dispenser, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher for your convenience.
