Sushi Shop Manager & Staff Recruitment (Toowoomba)

An established and stable sushi shop located in Toowoomba is looking for responsible, dedicated, and long-term team members to grow with us. We are currently seeking a reliable Manager to lead the shop, as well as Front/Kitchen Staff.

Positions Available

• Sushi Shop Manager (Full-time)

• Shop Staff (Full-time / Part-time / Casual)

Salary & Benefits

• Manager: Annual salary of $100,000

• Staff: Award rate for Casual ($33.19/hr on weekdays / $39.83/hr on weekends)

• Visa Sponsorship Available (TSS 482 / PR pathways possible for the right candidate)

• Stable full-time hours

• Friendly, supportive, and positive working environment

• Preference given to long-term applicants

Key Responsibilities (Manager)

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations and management

• Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and team coordination

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries

• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, shop cleanliness, and service quality

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and reliability

• Positive, bright attitude with excellent teamwork skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in hospitality or management is highly preferred

• Basic to fluent English communication skills

Note: While prior experience in a sushi shop or restaurant is highly preferred, we are more than welcome to hire individuals with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
