We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting participants to live independently and achieve their goals while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal care support
• Domestic assistance and household tasks
• Medication assistance / administration
• Community access and social participation
• Bowel therapy support (training will be provided)

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about supporting people living with disabilities
• Committed to providing person-centred care

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (yellow)
• Current working with children check (blue)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (if required)
• Full working rights in Australia

Desirable

• Previous disability support experience
• Experience with personal care or complex care
• Manual handling experience
